Fara Breuer is Program and Engagement Manager and in this role she oversees, among other things, the MSC in Berlin and MSC Brainstorming event series.

Fara is interested in security and defense policy issues as well as new and disruptive technologies. Said topics were also the focus of her work as a research assistant in the Defence and Military Analysis Team at the International Institute for Strategic Studies. During her bachelor's degree in International Studies at Leiden University, she focused on international relations and politics, with a regional focus on Africa. Fara completed her Master's degree in Strategic Studies at the University of St Andrews. Through various internships, including at the Atlantik Brücke e.V. or the German Embassy in The Hague, she gained experience in the field of international relations and cooperation.
