Florence Joséphine Fontaine is a Project Manager at the Munich Security Conference (MSC). In this capacity, she is responsible for the participation management and the delegation process.

Over the past two years, Florence pursued a Master of Laws in Diplomacy and International Law at Lancaster University, England, alongside her role at the MSC. Prior to this, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Leiden University, Campus The Hague, The Netherlands, where she specialized in the North American region and completed a minor in Safety, Security and Justice.

Florence is fluent in German, English and French, and has basic knowledge in Spanish. Her academic and professional journey reflects her deep interest in U.S. politics and history, international law, international relations, and security policy.
