Iva Miteva works as a Senior Communications Manager at the Munich Security Conference (MSC).

Before joining MSC, she worked for a communications agency in Berlin, where she was responsible for the digital communication of the German Federal Ministry of Health in the wake of the Corona pandemic. She studied Political Science in Mannheim and the United States before completing her master's degree in International Relations in Berlin and Hong Kong. During her studies, Iva focused on international conflicts and gained work experience, amongst others, at the Bulgarian Mission to the United Nations and in the Office of a Member of the European Parliament.
