Profile

Paula Köhler works as a policy advisor on topics related to technology and defense. She is particularly interested in NATO’s activities, information warfare and disinformation, as well as the impact of new and emerging tech, such as artifical intelligence, on warfare.

Previously, she worked at the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP) and gained work experience at the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung in Tel Aviv, the 1 German/Netherlands Corps of NATO in Münster and International Crisis Group in London. She holds a Bachelor from the University of Groningen and University of South Carolina as well as a Master’s Degree from the Department of War Studies at King’s College London.
