Every delegation is granted two badges for delegation press. These badges allow access to the Hotel Bayerischer Hof. In order to enter the Main Conference Hall, delegation press must be accompanied by the MSC Media Operations Team.

The Delegation Press must be registered via your online registration portal. Additional journalists can be accredited via the Press Accreditation Portal as regular media representatives. Regular journalists can only enter the Hotel Bayerischer Hof if accompanied by the MSC Media Operations Team.

You have the opportunity to conduct (doorstep) interviews, press conferences, and press (background) briefings.

For press conferences, we are happy to provide a suitable and well-equipped venue in the HypoVereinsbank, right next to the Hotel Bayerischer Hof. This venue offers a streaming option and a capacity for around 80 participants.

Interviews can be held either within the Hotel Bayerischer Hof, the HypoVereinsbank or the Press Center (Kaiserhof, Residenzstr. 1, 80333 Munich), which is located 5 minutes from the main venue by foot.

You can conduct doorstep interviews in the Atrium of the Hotel Bayerischer Hof or the pavilions in front of the hotel. Stand Up positions for live interviews are also available in the MSC Press Center.

The MSC Studio offers the possibility of producing high-quality video content directly inside the Hotel Bayerischer Hof. Equipped with cutting-edge recording and streaming technology and an experienced team, we are at your service to produce a variety of digital content for your audience. You have the possibility to choose between different set-ups, for example for recording a statement or an interview. For bookings, please contact digital@securityconference.org. The MSC is proud of its cooperation with YouTube. The YouTube Studio offers high-level decision-makers the opportunity to discuss the most important topics of the MSC 2023. Together with their guests, the team of internationally renowned YouTube hosts is looking for answers to the most pressing security questions of our time. Thanks to an innovative setting, the format reaches a young, digital target group.

The interviews will be broadcasted live on YouTube and on the Conferencing Platform. Selected clips will be published on social media.

On site, the MSC team is at your side together with a professional production team. Please share questions, ideas, and guest suggestions in the run-up to the conference at digital@securityconference.org.

The MSC Conferencing Platform allows you to follow the MSC 2023 virtually. You can access your personal agenda, manage your session invitations, connect with other conference participants, inform yourself about the key topics and logistics of the conference, and access news and publications form the Munich Security Conference.

The MSC will provide access to the MSC Conferencing Platform for all registered participants and their delegations. Access will be provided in due course before the conference.

The MSC is happy to offer a well-equipped Press Center, located outside of the security perimeter at the “Kaiserhof” of the Munich Residence (approx. 5-minute walking distance from Hotel Bayerischer Hof; address: Residenzstr. 1, 80333 Munich). Besides several hundred workstations, live coverage from the Conference Hall (with translations into German, English, French, Russian and Arabic), crossover points for image and sound signals, stand-up positions, an information desk and the lost and found office as well as sanitary facilities and complimentary catering can be found at the MSC Press Center.

The MSC is proud of its diverse media partnerships. Once again, the Bayerischer Rundfunk will serve as host broadcaster and single point of contact for TV-signaling. The MSC will also build on its successful cooperation with YouTube to host a group of prominent creators from around the world to engage with MSC participants.
