Clingendael and the Munich Security Conference Announce New Partnership Ahead of NATO Summit 2025

The Clingendael Netherlands Institute of International Relations and the Munich Security Conference (MSC) have signed a cooperation agreement to launch "NATO in the Huis," a conversation hub in the heart of The Hague. It is where key discussions of the NATO Summit and NATO Public Forum 2025 will be continued, deepened, and brought to life. Hosted at the Sociëteit De Witte, the MSC and Clingendael will welcome partners for a variety of engaging event formats.

On the sidelines of the Munich Leaders Meeting in Washington, DC, the MSC signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Clingendael Netherlands Institute of International Relations. Together, the MSC and Clingendael are launching “NATO in the Huis” — a conversation hub in the heart of The Hague.

Taking place on June 24–25, 2025, the event format aims to continue and complement key discussions of the NATO Summit and NATO Public Forum 2025, offering a central place in the city where partners of both organizations have the possibility to host events at the margins of the NATO Summit.
