The MSC 2020 in the media

As the world's leading forum for foreign and security policy, the Munich Security Conference is a significant media event: More than 1,100 journalists from 61 countries reported from the MSC 2020.

Following the discussions at the Main Conference Hall and the Press Center, attending press briefings, and interviewing selected participants, journalists generate a versatile body of coverage distributed across five continents via print, radio, broadcast, and online outlets. At the same time, the Munich Security Conference (MSC) streams and shares live and on-demand content via its social media channels, which have been growing exponentially over the last years.

Our annual Media Analysis aims at measuring and displaying noteworthy developments in the international media coverage as well as highlights of the MSC's digital communication activities.
